CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

All material returns, regardless of reason, must be authorized by the company and will only be accepted with a valid RMA.  All RMA’s are valid for a period of 90 days.  Materials received after expiration of the RMA will not be accepted and no credit issued. A re-stock charge of 25% will be applied to any returns.

 

 

LEAD TIMES

 

Electrix standard product lead-time is currently within 1 week.  Requests for expedited delivery will be considered, however, we may require a premium or rush charge for expedited manufacturing.

 

 

FREIGHT ALLOWANCE

 

We will only ship via UPS (Ground, Red or Blue). Freight is allowed on orders of over $4,000 - the method of shipment and carrier is at Electrix’s discretion.  Express shipment charges are paid by the customer.  No credit is given for standard freight when expedited or Air Freight is requested.

 

 

RETURN GOODS POLICY

 

RMA (Return Materials Authorization)

 

No merchandise may be returned without our permission.  Where no error is made on our part, we will issue credit, less a 25% restocking charge.  Credit will not be allowed on merchandise returned without our permission. Credit will be issued in accordance to billing charges at time shipment is made.  Returns must be in original factory packed

boxes and sealing.

     1. Contact our customer service department at 203.776.5577 to obtain a Return Materials Authorization number.

     2. Package product securely

     3. Enclose a note or copy of your RMA slip explaining the nature of the defect and write your RMA number on the note.

     4. Mail the package - prepaid - to this address:

This is the Industrial Task Lighting e-commerce web site of Electrix, Inc. We can be reached via e-mail at info@electrix.com

 

Our only purpose is to share information about the products created by Electrix, Inc. and provide you with the opportunity to purchase our products via our web site.

 

The shopping cart system uses "cookies" for both merchant and customer sessions. When a customer first clicks an [Add to Cart] button, a cookie is set to associate that customer with a shopping cart. When [Submit This Order] is clicked another cookie is set which contains the billing and shipping addresses. It does not contain any credit card information. It is set to expire within one year. If a customer returns to the site from the same computer within this time period, the ordering system will remember the customer's name and address so that it will not have to be reentered. If cookies are disabled in a customer's browser, this "memory" feature will not be available to the customer.

 

ElectrixTask.com and Electrix, Inc do not share any customer information with outside sources. Your information is used only as it pertains to your order.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES


LIMITED 3 YEAR WARRANTY on ELECTRIX PRODUCTS

(*All Domestic Models)


Electrix warrants that its products shall be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.  The protection afforded by warranty is available to any purchaser of an Electrix product during the term of this warranty.


If at any time during the warranty period your product fails to operate under normal use because of a defect  in workmanship or material, we will repair or replace the model.

THIS WARRANTY COVERS ONLY DEFECTS IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP AND REPRESENTS THE ONLY WARRANTY AUTHORIZED BY US.  THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE THREE YEAR TERM OF THIS WARRANTY.  OUR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS WARRANTY ARE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AND WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
